The Company purchases closed loans originated using the Hispanic Automatic Underwriting System (HAUS), a system built with the Company’s target markets in mind.

HNMA Funding Company’s products are based on HNMA’s product and technology research division ( HAUS R&D Division ) and are built based on years of quantitative and qualitative research on the Hispanic market. The Company partners with key originating lenders in select markets that are as committed as HNMA is to reducing the Hispanic Homeownership Gap. HNMA helps its partners increase originations to Hispanic and other immigrant markets through its unique products and the trust that is placed by borrowers on institutions that become HNMA partners.
